Basic manual Drum Rinse with press on/off valve
 
Invert the drum over the nozzle and press down on the drum. This opens the water valve and water will flow through the 360 degree spinning nozzle thoroughly rinsing the inside of the drum. When you release the downward pressure on the drum the valve will spring closed and the water flow will stop.
This is a simple low cost option for the company that produces only a small quantity of waste drums.
