Close All | Open AllYes. All our equipment is designed to be “Plug-and-Play” and easily installed by your own fitters. Just connect the outlet to a drain, a water supply and then to a suitable electrical supply, read the instruction manual and you are ready to go.
Basic units are usually ex stock. Customised options normally have a 4 to 6 week lead time.
We provide different levels of service plans to support your needs ranging from basic telephone and email support for your service personnel through to a comprehensive scheduled call-out maintenance plan. We can also tailor a maintenance plan specifically for you.
Our units can cater for sizes ranging from 1 litre plastic bottles to 1000 litre IBC tanks and all sizes in between.
Yes. The Chawke DRB 25/1 will give you a return on your investment in less than a year with the saving you will make on disposing of just two 25 litre drums per week.
The programme menu on the Chawke Auto Drum Rinse can be adjusted on-site to include saved optimum rinse cycles for all your drum types. Once a programme is saved the operator just selects the appropriate cycle and the drums are rinsed properly and consistently using just the correct amount of water. A programme of periodic planned checks for residues validates the efficacy of the saved rinse cycle.
The amount of water used depends on the viscosity and how soluble in water the product residue is. You can be assured that between the high impact 360 degree spinning nozzles and the facility to fine tune the cycle time you will use considerably less water than spray ball and lever valve systems.
Yes. All our machines are CE certified.
If you would like to try out our system for a period without a commitment to buy we have a scheme that may interest you. We rent the equipment to you for an agreed monthly fee for 6 months. If at the end of the six months you want to keep the equipment we will invoice the retail price less what you have already paid on rent. If you don’t want to keep it we will call and take it back. This offer is subject to normal credit checks.
